3x more booked consultations from the same ad spend
A four-location dental group had a slow, template site that buried booking three clicks deep. We rebuilt it around one action.

The problem
The old site took over four seconds to render on mobile, where 78% of their traffic came from.
Each location shared one generic page, so none of them ranked for their own neighborhood.
Booking lived behind a third-party portal that asked for insurance details before it asked for a name.
What we built
01
Location-first architecture
Every practice got its own indexed page with unique copy, staff, hours, insurers accepted, and LocalBusiness schema.
02
One-step booking
Name, phone, and preferred day only. Insurance is collected after the appointment is held, not before.
03
Speed as a feature
Static rendering, compressed imagery, and no third-party scripts above the fold.
Stack: Next-gen static build · Schema.org · GA4 · Nexhealth
What changed
- Consultation bookings tripled without increasing paid spend.
- Three of four locations now hold top-three map pack positions for their primary terms.
- Front desk call volume for basic questions dropped noticeably as pages started answering them.
“The old site looked fine. It just didn't do anything. This one books patients while we're closed.”
